What is the cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation options. You can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, you’ll still have access to your plan benefits until the end of the billing period.
Do tailored requests roll over if unused?
For Elevated and Platinum tiers, five unused tailored requests can roll over to the next month. This ensures you don’t lose flexibility if you’re unable to fully use all your allocated requests in a single month. However, tailored requests for the Essential tier do not roll over.
Do family plans cover the entire family for concierge services?
Yes! With family plans, concierge services extend to your immediate household family. This ensures all members of your household can benefit from expert support and tailored requests under a single membership. However, services cannot be extended to others outside your household.
